Mighty Geeks started in late 2005 by Laura Friedman in response to a commitment to provide excellent computer and network support for homes and small businesses. Laura received numerous phone calls from many friends and family members asking her to fix problems with their computers and small networks. Many of these problems were the direct result of poor service from other companies, some very well known.
In 2006, Laura expanded Mighty Geeks to provide Website design for home-based and small businesses. The continued commitment is to exceed the customer's expectations in quality, quantity, and cost.

Laura's background spans over 20 years in Information Systems & Technology with Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, SABRE, Deloitte, Litton Industries, Dean Witter Reynolds, IBM, & McGraw-Hill. She's also worked for privately held companies and small to mid-size businesses, gaining experience in Software Development, Standards & Procedures, Project Management, Local & Wide Area Networks, Internet Consulting, and Information Management.
